    This company missed the pick up date, missed the drop off date, stated they called me, they did not and tried to get more money after the drop off. This company had 2 older men, physically out of shape, wearing open toes sandals! Both the office and the drivers straight up **** to me!
    The drivers delivered the items to ** ******** ** Calgary. Both men were actually dirty! Physically dirty!
    This is absolutely the worst experience with a moving company that I have ever dealt with!
    **** ***** ** ***** A picture was broken and damage done to my door trim.
    My daughter in law did most of the physical moving from the truck into their home!

    They took $200 deposit and told me to come for pre inspection and I didn’t mention that but it was suggested by their sales person **** ( every time you have to talk to a new name and new person with explanation) that it happened the next day they did not show up and when I called them they scheduled it to evening and then next day then again evening and they didn’t show up , when I called their dispatch person he was getting angry on me saying that he is not responsible for anything and he tried to take more money but I declined after that he told me that he won’t be able to come for pre inspection and he will come on the day of pick up 23rd august 2025 !
    They again did not show up and I simply canceled my move with them coz I can’t trust them more as it was very long move from Red deer, Alberta to Orillia, Ontario.
    Now I ask them for refund of my $200 deposit and compensation of my time that they wasted as I had take 3 days off from my work just because of them . They said they can’t compensate anything but coz move is cancelled by me but after telling them whole truth that they are not able to finish their services and I can’t wait for them coz I had to leave from their too so they agreed for a refund of $200 . They said first that it gonna take 48 to 72 hours for refund so i waited and after 4 days i called them to ask where is my refund and they said they are doing it it will appear by the end of the day, since then i have called them 50 times and they are replying the same ! It’s 9 September 2025 today and they didn’t process my refund yet!

    *** **** ***** **** ***** ** * ****** Our move was scheduled for Aug 2nd for a 9 am start. At 9:20 am, I called, the Dispatcher seemed surprised they hadn't showed, said he'd look into it and call right back. Another hour went by, no truck, no phone call so, I called back and was told someone would be in touch with me shortly, that they were just have a 'meeting' about our move. 20 mins later, now 2 full hours late, we were told a truck was being dispatched from Edmonton as our truck had issues, that's also when we were told that our movers would now be arriving between 5 - 6 pm, 9 hours late to the agreed upon start time. At 6 pm, they finally showed up and I was absolutely shocked that one of the 2 movers was wearing a short sleeve shirt, shorts and flip flops! Flip flops!?!?! First, not up to safety standards of any legit company but 100% proved how amateurish our move was going to be. Originally we were quoted $896 for the move, having paid our $100 deposit, our balance owing should've been $796. It took them about an hour and a half to load and before we left the driveway, the driver/movers asked how I'd like to settle the bill? I asked if there would be a discount for having screwed up so badly thus far on our move and he actually said that the balance was higher as they had to send a truck from Alberta to move us. I told him I'd love to have a conversation with either the Dispatcher or a Manager to further discuss and he said he'd let his boss know. ***** called me, said there was an additional charge for needing to send a truck from Alberta, to which I responded that was not our doing and nothing my husband or I could've done would've changed they had truck issues. He said he'd give me $50 off and that if the balance of $950 wasn't paid, they would not be delivering our items, so essentially they held OUR belongings *******! We paid, they showed up and upon unpacking, which took them over 3 hrs to do, they gouged and broke one leg of our bookcase headboard!

    ***** ****** ******** I ran into several issues with this mover. From hitting my retaining wall, to damaging some of my furniture, and to using a bathroom in my home that was not operational which resulted in partially flooded my basement. They were very clearly told that there was nothing on that side of the basement to be moved, so why did they go on that side and open a closed door??? When I reached to them I got the run around and finally had someone send an email with where to submit my claim. Over 3 weeks and I was finally told today they denied my claim. I asked for a manager or owner to call me to discuss, but as per usual they NEVER call you. They brought 2 trucks but only used the ***** they brought and stuffed my furniture into the smaller truck when there was a larger one they could have used. They had to hold my headboard and footboard while one of the movers pulled the door down to keep it in place. They wouldn't leave my driveway until I paid them, I was told I could pay a deposit, half when the truck was loaded and the balance when the truck was unloaded. But I was pressured by one of the movers to pay the balance in full to his email address, or they wouldn't drive the truck off my property. This was the worst service I have ever received. When I first inquired about the damaged furniture, they asked if I had "before" pictures. I said I was not told by the movers to take before pictures, I also said I have never been asked for that before. How about you using my bathroom that was not in service that you did not have permission to use? Along with other customers, I was also overcharged! I was told 2 men 3 hours for around $500.00, my final bill was $1260.00. Still trying to get them to call me back or talk to a manager.

    This company quoted me 869.00 with a 5% discount for seniors for my move. I put 200.00 deposit for my move
    On the day of the move they showed up at 9.30 and started the move at 9.45. After a couple of hours, the office person called me and said it is a long walk to the truck, so that is another 250.00.
    Once the truck was full the same office person called me and said they will be charging me 10 hours for loading and unloading the truck and I have to pay before they drive to the new address.
    It is now about 3.15.
    The movers said they are taking a lunch break and was gone for from 3:15 to 6:15.
    They arrived at my new address at 6.15 and unloaded. They finished at 9.15. (3hours)
    Now my cost of the move is over 2000.00. They did not give me 5% discount and broke my desk.
    I have tried to contact them several times and they do not return an email or phone call.

    **** **** **************** Worst moving experience ever. They wrecked most of our stuff. Scratches on most of our furniture and they broke some stuff.
    They only took 3/4 of our stuff because the truck was full. They ***** ** ********* tools, which they used to take apart our couches after I asked them not to.
    When we arrived at our new house, they unloaded the truck and threw our boxes and made sure all of our fragile boxes were turned upside down. They also asked for another $700 or they weren’t going to unload the truck, which was a rented ******.
    They left our bedroom mattresses outside with about half of our stuff on the deck.
    I’m really considering suing. We hired a moving company because *** ****** ***** *** **** *** we can’t do all the work ourselves, but we are anyway.
    *** ****** ***** **** they also scratched our new floors and were laughing about it.
    They told us that they needed to unload the truck fast because the neighbours were complaining that they were blocking the alley and they would bring in the furniture once they parked the truck out front, but they just got in and left.
    I have lots of pictures of the damage and I continue to find more every day, as I unpack.

    **** ****** All Canada Van Lines took my deposit and confirmed they would pick up my stuff prior to my moving day (typical end of month deadline). They called three days prior to cancel my pickup entirely once it was too late to feasibly schedule something elsewhere (at least not an an outrageous last-minute cost). I was told that they were 'having a hard time scheduling a truck' but said if I was willing to pay 3 times what they originally quoted me, they could book a new truck. No explanation as to why they could still apparently get a truck and yet were asking me to pay triple to deal with their issues. **** would Never recommend.

    - They called me two days before my booked moving day to ask if I could move that day. *** **** who is ready to move two days prior?!
    - Move in time was 8 am. They showed up at 9:05 am (they called me at 7am to tell me they were late). They didn’t start loading until 10 am
    - they showed up with the agreed 7 ton truck but it was 1/3 full with someone else’s stuff! (???) this forced them to take a second trip.
    - I walked the movers around the 1500 sq ft townhouse and they immediately told me they needed 2 more guys and the piano would be an extra $600. Their regional manager tried to blame me for not telling them about the piano. I asked what happened with the virtual call when I explicitly mentioned the piano and he said “I don’t know I didn’t conduct it.”
    - They didn’t put any covers on the hallways, carpets or stairs on either townhouse to protect the floor or stairs. My carpets got dirty and the floors were scratched
    - Twice I had to tell them how to angle things so they could manoeuvre through hallways and stairs. It seemed like they didn’t know how to because they flipped a big dresser upside down unnecessarily and they tried to take the mattress box upstairs upright (it didn’t fit since it hit the ceiling) rather than on its side
    - before the final drop off we calculated the final price and I asked how much tip I should give. The main guy told me “whatever you want”. I said $20? He said $50. I said “no problem” then when they only had 10% of my stuff to unload they asked for payment. I gave them the money and the tip and then they asked me for more money because I got the stairs fee waived... I felt this was uncalled for and borderline an ********* since they still had my things. They asked for an additional $200 on top of the $250 I tipped them already.
    All Canada Van Lines is privately owned with operations across Canada. They pay their movers $20/hr but charge $97.5 per mover per hour.
    I will never use them again.

    * **** **** **** ******* * * **** ******* * **** ** ** ***** ****** **** ******* ***** ******* *** * ********** The people who answer the phone need to learn to take responsibility as do all their employees. I am a building manager and this company moved in one of our tenants. They had other garbage on the truck at the time of moving this tenant and their belongings. Once these two ****** moved her belongings in They felt THEIR GARBAGE was ok to toss in our recycling dumpster.. This garbage they threw away was a mattress.. I called the company and gave them a chance to do the right thing( they NEVER did) so I called police. Police told me they were told they had to remove this mattress as it should NEVER have been left.. and now day 2 it still sits here.. so police will be called again this afternoon a d hopefully charges will be filed for illegal dumping since this ******** people have such disregard for anyone.
