    Agreed to paying $4600 to remove old driveway and re-pave area. Contract stated will lay new gravel and grade pavement away from home. I specifically asked to ensure paving would continue to be lower than entrance door threshold. Once job completed it appears none of these concerns were addressed. Now pavement is at the exact level of the door therefore will be faced with water drainage issues. Pavement not graded away from home. Attempted to contact company several times but no response. Very disappointed and would not recommend this business.

    I have spoke to the customer and have gone to the house and met someone on site who she arranged to meet. I then demonstrated that the water flows away from the door and that there will be no issues for water drainage and that the grade is going away from the house. Customer was satisfied and it was just a misunderstanding.

    Front concrete step and side concrete step are to be resealed as it was done just prior to a large rainfall (even though we requested they wait until after the rain) and 75% of the sealant was washed away. I have tried contacting Cisco via text and phone call and he will not reply after he agreed he would come back and redo the sealant in the steps.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 21876501. Communication is ongoing, we are currently waiting for a day that the weather is appropriate to finish the job.
