Hired ***** to help organized my home as a disabled person in a wheelchair/cast at the time.
5 visits and in the beginning was going well. She came various weekdays . My bedroom was left unusable and when I reached out to her I was told she could now only come Friday's between 11 am and 2 pm.
She did not want to come during homecare as she said they were in the way (she was in bedroom, they were not). I had to see a surgeon on Friday, the next Friday more appointments and the following Friday my grandsons high school graduation.
She stated on a public forum she never left the job, I would nit let her come qhen she was available. Yet I was not home.
I was never informed in the beginning her hours would switch to Friday's only.
She said their business grew, so.I was left disabled with no bed room I could use.
She asked what she could do to make it right and I asked for a refund and was told no the job/work was done and I would not be refunded.
The work was far from done
She offered to come one day foe 5 or 6 hours and complete it, I was not going to be home and my legs could not do that long anyways as she had been 2 hours at a time.
I am.still struggling to do the work. It is difficult.

It is unprofessional and unfair to leave a disabled woman in such a mess then to divulge on a public forum personal info about me.
I never brought any names into it just advised someone became who they hire as I was left in a mess.
That's when ***** divulged I had hired her etc which was private info that select few people knew. It is embarrassing to me and my home is a mess I am.loving I trying to get it cleaned up as I can.

Getting my 250 back is not asking a lot since I was never informed her availability would reduce to 3 hours per week.
