    I now reside at the above address,in the past a friend of mine ***** ****** resided ,I was not aware that she put my name down as a contact if she no longer wished her rent to own sheds ft9m this same company.Aporarently,she had a contract that states if she no longer wanted the shed,that dhe hould return it,I spoke to her about this.She stated that this company picked up the shed,with her belongings,where the p9lice had to be involved to get her items.AS I have stated, I now lIVe here,I gave this Company a check,they STATED that I can get the Contract, if I paid the $700 and something of Ms.Mayhew
    .I feel that I should not be responsible for Ms.Mayhews bill,and she had a contract that states you Have the option to return.and she did.I am requesting a written apology from this Company,and this contract be stating that any Contacts for other buyers,does not make them liable,plus I was not aware that my friend did this until today,she stated it was incase she moved and took the shed.The Company could call to ask where dhe was.She meant no harm.Thus Company picked their shed up.

    we are not the company that the contract was with more the company the $700 would have been paid to. Please double check who it was you where dealing with as it would have been Continental shed rentals that these conversations and contracts would have been with. Our company would have been the one that picks up and delivers the rental sheds but all payments/ contracts and your communication would have been with them not cross roads or myself *** ****.

     I am rejecting this response because:I dealt with Ms.****** *******. Employee with Crossroads,she did not .mention about any Finance company. On their site it states no credit checks,therefore if this is the case the decision was made by .r.**** himself. MY  NAME was put down as a contact only,by Mrs.****** ,incase the building was moved,but Mrs.****** decided that she could  no longer  afford the high monthly payments,so this company took the shed back to their business  in Pugwash,and sold it again. This head office in Tennessee  has a  contract with this  company, and this Pugwash company  does their own rent to own,no credit checks,I know this company aren't  being truthful.  MR.**** stated  that I will never get  an apology from him, and Ms ******* told me not to try anyone else,because they own just about every one.I am asking for compensation  for stress,and the apology  in writing.Again...rent to own does not  go through finance, and I am not Mrs.MAYHEW. IF she owes them  money,I should not be liable for her payment  to this company.I am requesting..  this company should  honor their contract ,this is bias and judgemental. THIS is  very UnProfessional.

    We are not the company that does the rent to own contracts!!! 
    Continental Shed Rentals is the company that offers the rental to own. They’re the ones that stipulated money owed for the previous Shed at that address was required to be l Paid prior to another Shed going to that address as that is their policy and disputes should be with Continental Shed Rentals… The first statement given that we are paid money for the prior balance was incorrect the complainant had attempted to put a deposit down on a new shed however, the rental company rejected the application and this is within their policy and they can go over details of that further, if anyone wishes to reach out to them after they rejected it our sales person returned to complainants check for deposit of $395 Has the new building she was looking to get. I cannot speak for Continental Shed Rentals as to the reasoning they did not accept a new contract. Somebody will have to reach out to them. They are the financing company for the renter owns…. I have tried to explain this And at no point today say I would never apologize For anything, but I do not feel our company did anything wrong As we are not the ones that have the policies in place for the rent to owns. 1-902-******** Is my cell phone number if anyone has any questions that I can answer feel free to call
