      Buyer Beware!!
      I bought a motorhome from Robert Basque Enterprise from Beresford, NB, in June 2025. Before I committed to buy the unit, he guaranteed me he would "REPLACE 6 TIRES" because they were all weather cracked. This was his message to me: Robert Basque Enterprise, "I have to put 6 tires, all cracked, send me a text on my phone", "I removed his phone number". He only replaced 4 tires and didn't tell me. Once I got it home, I checked under the vehicle and discovered that he had only replaced the 4 tires that were visible, not the 2 inner tires; there are 4 tires in the rear. Once I confronted him with this deceit, he grudgingly agreed to supply 2 tires so I could have them installed at a tire shop, where they also found that one of the inner tires had broken belts. I asked Robert Basque to pay for the installation,$75.00, to which he replied he would and that the next time he was in the area, within the month, he would leave the money for the installation. He never showed up and never responded to any of my messages. There was also a check engine light on that was an Evap code, P0446, that he also "GUARANTEED" he would "TAKE CARE OF IT". He did have the fuel cap replaced, but the check engine light came back on as HE was delivering it to me, so he knows the issue was not resolved. That was approx.2 months ago. I've contacted him many times to see what he wanted me to do about the check engine light: either take it back up to him in Beresford, NB, to get his techs to check it out and repair the issue, or bring it to a local repair shop here, and have them diagnose and repair the issue. All I get is "CRICKETS"; he has not replied to any of my very friendly requests to honour his word to "Take Care Of It" issues. I can see he's read every message I've sent, and the time he read them. I've offered him to e-transfer me the money, in case he had a busy schedule, or I would go up to Beresford to try to get this issue rectified, but still no response.BEWARE!

      The issue with Robert Basque was resolved. He has paid a sufficient amount to end this complaint. I do not wish to pursue this any further. Thank You very much for your time. *******
