I felt really safe after the full inspection that was given to my furnace. Was always informed of the next step. I became top priority when I called when my furnace suddenly stopped working and we were leaving the country for a few days. Repaired it perfectly and make sure that all was in good working condition. Got to enjoy my trip and came back to a nice warm house. Our house is over 20 years old. We searched for reputable companies for air conditioner and furnace replacements. In our opinion, Tradesman are the best. Their customer service and technician skills are outstanding. Jun, in particular, is the best of the best. We know reviews are important. We called Tradesman back in 2019 to fix our furnace. They were quick to respond, and had our furnace up and running fast. Since that visit they've been out to fix our central air conditioner, and in 2021 they installed a new C/A unit, thermostat, and a new electric HWT that we switched over from gas. Always great service, on time, professional and competitively-priced. We won't go to anyone else.Tradesman Mechanical Services Ltd.

We purchased a Daikin Ductless Heat Pump from Tradesman in September 2021. Dealing with Dan, Matt and their team was a pleasure. This equipment has worked flawlessly and been more than satisfactory. This equipment will work very well right down to minus 25 degrees C and has provided more than adequate cooling in the summer and heat in the winter. For the winter 2022/23 we have only needed electrical baseboard heat for less than 15 days up until mid February. ****** ************Tradesman Mechanical Services Ltd.

Their technician came to "inspect" our furnace, only to tell us we had a "cracked heat exchanger" and we have to get a new furnace. So he did nothing for us but charged us $174! Cracked heat exchangers do not cause CO to leak into your house. Hello again Stacey. After our phone conversation It was apparent that your opinion of our annual furnace service was not up to your expectations and we provided you with a full refund. It is true that a cracked heat exchanger does not always cause CO to enter a house. As I mentioned, there is a lot more to it than the information you have stated. If you look up depressurization of insulated homes you will learn that backdrafting can come in to play based on many variables. Of course we understand that it is upsetting to have your heat turned off. Having delivered quality customer service for 35 years in Winnipeg, we do not defer from our standard safety practices and we apologize for not meeting your expectations.
