This policy explains when refunds, credits, or exchanges are available for our services and events. It does not limit any rights you may have under Canadian law.1) Scope - What this covers- Consulting & advisory projects / retainers- Coaching & career services (e.g., resume, interview prep)- Training, workshops & events (including the Women’s Career Fair)- Digital products/downloads (templates, toolkits)- Merchandise2) Refunds by Service TypeA. Consulting & Advisory Projects / RetainersBefore work starts: Full refund of fees paid, minus any non-refundable third-party costs pre-approved in writing.After work starts: Pro-rated refund for unused/unperformed work based on scope and hours delivered to date.Retainers: Unused retainer balances are refundable upon written cancellation; completed hours/minimum fees are non-refundable.B. Coaching & Career ServicesWithin 48 hours of purchase and before the first session is scheduled: Full refund.After the first session is scheduled/held: Pro-rated refund for unused sessions (less per-session rate and approved third-party costs).After 50% of sessions are used: Refunds aren’t available; we can credit unused value toward another StratHR service (see Section 4).C. Training, Workshops & Events (incl. Women’s Career Fair)14+ days before the event: 100% refund or free transfer to another date/participant.7–13 days before: 50% refund or free transfer.0–6 days before / no-show: Refunds aren’t available; we’ll provide a credit for a future StratHR event of equal value (valid 12 months).If StratHR cancels or postpones, you may choose a full refund or a free transfer/credit.D. English Language Program (Non-Refundable)All fees for the English Language Program (tuition, registration, materials) are non-refundable once payment is made and/or enrollment is confirmed.If StratHR cancels the program before it begins, you may choose a full refund or a free transfer/credit to a future cohort or other StratHR service of equal value.Deferrals or substitutions may be considered at StratHR’s discretion and are not guaranteed.E. Digital Products / DownloadsBecause access is granted immediately, sales are final. We’ll replace or refund in cases of duplicate purchase, file corruption, or technical access issues we cannot resolve.F. MerchandiseUnused, original condition within 30 days of delivery: exchange or refund (less shipping).Defective or incorrect items: We will replace or refund at no cost to you.3) What’s Non-RefundableGovernment/exam/venue/third-party fees paid on your behalf (when noted in your agreement).Payment-processing fees that our processor does not return to StratHR.Completed work, delivered sessions, attended event days, and all English Language Program fees (see Section D).4) Exchanges & CreditsWe’re happy to apply your balance to another StratHR service or a future event of equal value for up to 12 months from the original purchase/event date (unless otherwise stated). (Not applicable to the English Language Program unless StratHR offers a discretionary deferral—see Section D.)5) How to Request a Refund/ExchangeEmail [email protected]:- Your name, organization (if any), and contact info- Order or invoice number (and event/session details if applicable)- What you’re requesting (refund, exchange, transfer) and the reasonWe typically respond within 2 business days.Processing time: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days (bank timelines may vary).6) Accessibility & AccommodationsIf you need an accommodation (e.g., medical or compassionate circumstances), contact us.
