    Nobody returns your phone calls! High interest rates. They install a device that completely disables your vehicle if you miss payment and they don’t inform you of this before you sign documents for the vehicle it does not even say in the documents that this device is installed! They tell you in 8 months you can trade in for a better vehicle but then ignore your calls. The driver that delivered my van smoked in it for the entire 2 day drive ( my son has severe asthma and I don’t smoke) the driver also left his garbage in the van and delivered it on an empty tank of gas. They promised to compensate for this but did not do so.
