  Horrible company and awful customer service! Definitely not what they appear to be. Our install went well but the product hasn’t worked at all and the customer service is non-existent.

  Josh and the entire team at Sunvale Heating & Cooling are incredible! We had a new ductless mini-split installed in our 1986 built house (with no ducting). His team were able to artfully install new ductwork in our attic and crawl space to provide us with heating and cooling in an efficient and minimally intrusive package. His quote was reasonable, accurate, and the work was all completed flawlessly. You can tell Josh and his crew work as a team and communicate well with each other, and they are all just really nice and easy to get along with. His sheet metal team (Trevor and Matt) are incredible and were able to cut through our hardwood flooring to provide floor vents and cold air returns with no issues. I had no hesitations leaving the house while they were working, even my teenaged sons thought they were great which is probably the highest compliment I could pass along. Have a look at the google reviews, and you’ll see Josh and the team are committed to earning your business through transparency in pricing, adhering to schedules, and providing perfect workmanship. I seriously can’t say enough good things about this business!

  We couldn't be happier. Josh is very knowledgeable, friendly and above all else, supportive in many ways. Operation, rebates, quick tips. Felt like we were being well taken care of. I would highly recommend Sunvale Heating. Many thanks to both Josh and Tory for braving one of the hottest days to bring us relief. Will be forever grateful.

  Sunvale Heating and Cooling is the best company that I have ever had work on any of my homes. I highly would recommend them.
  I obtained three quotes as we wanted to install two heat pumps in our home. One in our newly converted garage and one in our home. Sunvale Heating and Cooling was the most reasonable quote I received and the most detailed. There was no time wasted in them coming to my home and measuring and providing a quote to me. I found the other firms were more delayed.
  The first arrival onsite, I was introduced to all the crew who would be working on my home and in the past, this has never occurred.
  They explained to me what they were going to be doing and the timeframe that it would take them to complete.
  Josh and his crew very pleasant, punctual, informative and were very knowledgeable in the equipment that they were installing.
  Not even a week later, my hot water tank burst and being so pleased with the installation of my heat pumps, I did not obtain quotes, I contacted Josh and within two days, they were on sight removing my gas hot water tank and installing a hot water on demand. Even though there was some mickey mouse plumbing they had to deal with, and put in a long day, they stood behind their quote.
  I highly recommend them and would be a reference to their work, if needed.
