*** *** ***** *** ***** ******* *** *** ***** ******* ** **** **** ************ Our house was built on a budget to take advantage of covid times. Every corner that can be cut was cut and trying to complain about it is even worse as its family run business ** **** ******* ** ****** *****. The owner of Limona Construction has advised us to sell our house if we don't like it to my face. We are coming up on 2 years in November and we are still trying to get 1-year walkthrough problems fixed. ** **** *** **** ****** **** ******* *********** Insufficient heating in the house is the worst complaint and just blatant lies that Limona tell is very frustrating.

There are many different types of heat systems to use in a home, all provide different types of comfort. The heat system in this home has been used in hundreds of homes, and the buyers would have been aware of the system before deciding to write an offer on this home.
In all new construction, house settling is completely normal (typically shown through nail pops and drywall cracking), which is why after one year of occupancy and the home going through all four seasons, Limona returns to fix these items. Which is exactly what was done here, we returned and touched up.
All one-year items have been rectified except for one, which when on site to inspect the item we were repeatedly told by the homeowner how awful Limona was and how Limona should not be allowed to build at all.
We have responded to all of their communication in a very timely matter, following with multiple week delays in their correspondence back. However, since using derogatory words and threatening lawyers, we have ceased communication.
No lies have been communicated to the homeowner.
