5 starsOur project was the redesign, gut, and rebuild of our upper floor, including a remodeled bathroom, additional bedroom, new laundry space and new window. We had a very positive experience with ****. The project went incredibly well, communication was excellent, and we always felt like our project was valued by the company. It was always clear to us that everyone we worked with from **** wanted to do a superior job, and ensure that we were satisfied. 5 starsWe recently had a kitchen renovation done by Kerr Design Build and we are absolutely thrilled with the results! The designer , ****** was fantastic throughout the process and offered excellent suggestions that really elevated the space. The work crews were incredibly talented, and their attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the project. A special shout-out to the site manager, Max, who was absolutely terrific throughout the entire process and to ****, the project manager who was very responsive and easy to deal with. Highly recommend this company for anyone looking to renovate their space!

5 starsWe renovated our family home into a multigenerational unit this past year using Kerrs full design build services. They knocked it out of the park, from the design process to the final details. Our lead contractor **** was caring, communicative, detail oriented. He was always mindful of our budget while coming up with creative solutions to maximize the utility and beauty of our new spaces. **** took feedback in stride and was always receptive to our ideas and needs. We always felt included in the process and schedule, and they nailed their timeline! **** truly feels like family after the process and we would wholeheartedly recommend them for any size project.Review fromCharles W

5 starsWe had our deck in ********* rebuilt along with planter boxes. ***** was the lead on the construction ably assisted by *****. They are both excellent carpenters and ***** did a wonderful job rebuilding an ********** part of the original deck. 5 starsI purchased an apartment, and needed a "one-stop shop" where someone could help me through the whole renovation and design process. I renovated the entire apartment (entryway, kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, living room, dining room, and hallways). I researched a few ********************************************* companies, and ultimately decided to go with ****. I am happy I made that decision, and am now a repeat-customer of **********************. Pros: - responsive to client messages - professional attitude and communication - invoices are clear, so you understand exactly what they are charging you for - respectful of client demands, especially in terms of timing. I purchased my apartment in April of 2021, and needed it to be move-in ready by August of that year (4 months). COVID restrictions were very much still in place and there were disruptions in the distribution chain across almost all industries, yet **** was able to meet my timeline.- honest when mistakes are made or when things were missed (no company is perfect), and made clear efforts to correct them.- the construction and design teams are both skilled, experienced and well-connected in the industry.Review frommax s

5 starsWe recently hired Kerr Construction/ Design Build to renovate the kitchen in our townhome. We are very happy with our choice and the outcome of the renovation. The steps in their process from start to finish were very clear and transparent. All phases of the project were professional, from design, to construction and post construction. The design team came up with a great design and layout, vastly improving the flow and function. The site manager kept the project on track, and informed us at each step where we were in the process. Overall, we were very impressed with the communication, commitment to our project and attention to details. Our kitchen island, drawers and cabinets were all custom built, and they came out beautifully.We are thankful to the **** team for their hard work and high standards in creating an extremely functional and beautiful new kitchen for us.Kerr Design Build

5 starsTheir slogan talks about trust, and that was just what we needed to hear. We looked for a company to do a renovation after failing to come to terms with another group. From the first meeting, we felt like the people at **** were very attentive to customer service. They listened and really cared about ** and the project. Every time during the renovation process, they answered questions and ensured we were happy. We had started the design process with the other company, but the designers at **** went over our decisions and helped ** make changes where the ideas didnt match our vision. The project manager was very knowledgeable and could be relied upon to make sure that the work was done to their exacting standards. The warranty is better than anything weve seen. We are extremely pleased with the finished product, and we highly recommend ****.Kerr Design Build

5 starsWe had a very good experience with Kerr construction several years ago and therefore we decided to have them work for us again.Once again we were extremely satisfied with Kerr construction. The assessment of the job and the work proposal was done by *************************** who was very thorough and and gave us a good idea of what to expect. The work was done by ********************************* who did an outstanding job with meticulous attention to details the best worker we ever dealt with. We were also happy the work of the electrician, ************************* who was very professional.
