    On May 30, I placed an order with KateMinimalist Company for ****** Original Formula for $58.44, I received a confirmation from them for the order. On June 7, they issued me a 10% refund of $5.34 because it was taking so long to ship the product. I told them on June 16 to cancel the order because it was taking too long and to issue a full refund. They told me the order was shipping. I received on June 23 a product that I did not order which costs much less. I complained about receiving the wrong product and they asked me twice for photos and twice I sent them photos of the wrong product I received. They said it was the correct product. It was not. I sent the photos of the product I ordered showing it was ORIGINAL and not K+. They said I had to pay to return the wrong product sent and refuse to give me the rest of my $53.10 refund. This company is a total scammer. Attachments show Original Product I ordered, **************** received and my original confirmation showing I ordered the Original product, not the cheap K+.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me only because they FINALLY refunded my money after scamming me and stringing me along for weeks. Be aware that th is company is dong this to many many people - not just me.

    I spent $96.99 two weeks ago and have not received my order nor response to my emails. I want my order now or refund my order!
