    I booked a Fraser view hall for my only son's wedding. I live in *************, but because we have most of our family and friends would be attending the wedding from other provinces and ***. Therefore, I decided to have a venue close to the Airport. The wedding is scheduled for April 26, 2025. I contacted Fraserview hall in July 2024. and paid $2000 as requested as deposit. However, on Oct 1, I visited the venue with my family, they did not like the hall. We decided to move back to ****** where the couple likes. On Oct 04 2024. I called to cancel and apologize for any inconvenience. I canceled seven months before the event. I called them almost every day and kept telling to call back and passing my phone from one table to another. Sometimes, the owner will tell me to go and send a email. I sent several emails to no reply. I called many times, the owner would always tell me " oh my staff ******* will call you back or I would call you back" no call, no refund. Finally, on Oct 24, 2024. I called again and the owner picked up again after many times of ignoring my calls and some times very rude to me on the phone. He picked the phone and said " Hey you want your money back! You booked another hall, you are not getting your money back bye, go ahead and do what want to do, that is our policy" and he dropped the call. I was perplexed with the way I was treated. He did not give me any policy or verbalize any policy to me. I paid them with email transfered. All I want from them is to refund my money. Thanks ***** *****-Opere ************ ******************
