    Do not trust them... I believe they fixed my problem initially which was connecting my printer to a new router although it took an unusual long time all while they had access through the rescue app to my phone... My fee was $129 and it included 3 months of more support and then a month later my printer stopped working again could not connect to the Wi-Fi this time they were on the phone with me for hours for 3 days going over and over the same things over and over and then finally telling me that they can't do it without being connected to a regular PC with windows I suspect they caused the problem so that I would call back being that I trusted that they fixed it the first time and he also had me open up my secure folder telling me that that might be causing the problem blocking the connection so I think this whole thing was a big scam and I'm just beside myself with trying to protect my information change my passwords Get a security system on my phone ... I'm scared that something's going to happen down the road again they're going to use the information they've got from my system somehow I mean I'm not savvy about all this text stuff but I do know that I will never trust anybody online again to enter my system through remote access I will take my printer to Best Buy or Staples and have them hook it up and work on it.. This is wasted so much in my time and a so upsetting

    I called what was listed as an Avast Tech Support number. It was instead Can-US Tech Support. They kept telling me they were Avast. They wanted $299.99 to install a firewall (for one year). After letting them access my computer, I got suspicious and finally turned everything off. They have been calling angrily since that time. I have no idea how deep the scam goes, but they will have accounts and pw numbers and more. Again, when I asked if they were Avast, they said yes.

    Can Us Expert Tek was suppose to fix my printer and instead tried to remove my computer protection and sell me a feature I didnt need. ***** at ext. 103 said she couldn't return my money. PITIFUL COMPANY!!! DID NOT FIX MY PRINTER NOR RETURN MY MONEY!!!
