    Background In 2019, we selected Craftsman Glazing and Skylights to supply and install skylights for our new home. Due to COVID-19 and family reasons, we had to manage the construction remotely, and the skylight installation was postponed to a later stage. Our builder coordinated with the company regarding the installation process.Issues Although we have paid in full for the skylight installation, the smart skylights have not been fully installed and are currently non-functional.Our builder has contacted **** (our initial point of contact) multiple times via email and phone. However:Responses were often extremely delayed or absent.The most recent solution from **** was simply sending us an electrical wiring diagram and suggesting that we hire our own electrician to complete the *************** completing the installation including all necessary electrical work was clearly part of the agreed service. Our Request We require that the company:Immediately arrange for a qualified technician from your team to complete the installation of the smart skylights, including all electrical connections, at no additional cost to us.Provide a firm timeline for completion in writing.

    You are sending my complaints to the wrong company. I filed a complaint to Craftsman Glazing and Skylights for my installation not to the **************

    Hi,

    We have been in direct contact with **** regarding this skylight issue. Our senior service technician visited the jobsite last week. The electrical is now all hooked up. We have ordered a replacement remote from our supplier as the original one was misplaced. New remote will will be available in 1-2 weeks.
