    We are very happy with the new gas furnace that Hectec installed for us. Our house has been renovated/chopped up/put back together a number of times over its 103 years, which has resulted in a very “inspired” electrical system, as well as a number of heating issues during the cold winter months. Lance was careful to take all of this into consideration when recommending the appropriate unit. I was especially impressed with his subject knowledge and with his thoughtful/complete answers to my many questions. The other companies I considered before contacting Hectec were not interested at all in the issues unique to our old house but were very interested in pushing the units that they said “might be” subject to government rebates. I found the prices they quoted to be inflated by at least the amount of these “potential” rebates and none of them came close to the level of service, knowledge, and professionalism that we got from Hectec. I would recommend them with no hesitation.
