5 starsWe have all the 17 windows up in 4 days. Job sites were always well cleaned up at the end of each day. The installers, ******* ********************. , ************************* and **** are very professional, and respectful to our living space since we were working from home during entire process. The whole process was impressively tidy and neat. Each and every window was ******* clear cleaned. **** would often checked back the caulking and cleaning are nicely done. ************************* wrapped up at the end by walking through with us checking and ensuring all window are well installed, and explaining the Dos and Donts to the windows. His attention to details speaks much of his exceptional experience. I would definitely recommend Centra Windows, and am very grateful to the whole team. An instant notice with the new windows is extreme significance of quietness. Looking forward to feeling the indoor temperature on the hottest summer day and coldest winter day. Cheers

5 starsVery good services and stand by their products. My daughter's window has a minor problem and they will come and correct whatever needs be done even years later. She referred me to Centra. They came to do the quote and the installation at the appointed time with no delays and did good work within the expected timeline. ** and **** went the extra mile to prepare the worksite and finish whatever we asked relating to the installation. 3 starsHad Centra windows install new windows and a patio door. The product was first rate and the installation crew were excellent and took time to ensure a proper fit, which has improved the draft issue we had in the house.Unfortunately, we cannot say the same praise for the sales/ office staff. Messages unanswered, promises made by the salesman and not kept, sloppy approach to picking up the signed contract. Also, no one at Centra advised us that going through the finance company they use would mean a lien being placed on our land title for the amount of the loan. Something significant that should have been disclosed the minute we talked about financing a loan for the windows.Centra Windows & Installs Pros

1. While a lien can be placed on the land title, it can be avoided and overturned once the final payments are made. There may have been a lack of clarity while communicating this process, but we will ensure our team explains this more thoroughly in the future.
2. To improve the efficiency and convenience of our contract signing process, we have transitioned to using DocuSign. This change will expedite contract signing and eliminate the need for physical pick-up of signed documents.

5 starsI recently had 3 basement windows replaced. From the beginning appt for a quote to the installation, I have had very professional and efficient service. The appointment times were precise and the installers, *********** worked very efficiently and calmly. They were friendly and very particular with their work. They were very respectful regarding entering the home and cleaning up inside and outside very meticulously. A job well done. Three days later I have received a telephone call from the office checking if everything was done and if I am satisfied. 1 starCentra Windows did our entire Strata building. Quotes were timely, service was good during the project, overall job was good, however attention details and follow-up to deficiencies has been extremely poor. Like any service, it's the follow up that makes the reputation and as they increasingly try to not take responsibility for deficiencies and workmanship issues, their reputation in the mind of this ************** is diminishing by the month. What seems to be apparent is once the big job is done, they don't want to return to fix issues - let alone take responsibility for them. Communications have been rude, terse and often lacking in response. And yes, before you respond, we have contacted customer service - many, many times.On a further note, in speaking for myself, and a few neighbours, who have shared their opinion with me, I agree with another customer comment that noise has increased, and lower units are colder. In both cases, these were issues that sold us on Centra - reduced noise and heat loss. On a smaller note, a number of our units have exterior rear glass doors, and it was not brought our attention, until the project was near completion, that we would not longer be able to have hardware on these doors for blinds other window covering as we did when the door were made of wood.Centra Windows & Installs Pros

Our on-site testing which was carried out earlier this year in response to prior conversations have shown the windows to be in good working order, but if any concerns have arisen since, the team will be more than happy to investigate.We apologize about the difference with the doors and had the team know that was a concern prior to the job starting they would have explained, but we'd definitely recommend against compromising their performance by attempting to drill hardware into them.C. This does not address the issue that there was a major deficiency in a window, where previous senior Centra staff (*****) did find the window was leaking following a water test, and that water was responsible for damage in the unit in question. Staff then resealed the window and it is no longer leaking. Current Centra management on this project are choosing to ignore the previous staff reports and in finding it now water tight, are claiming that they have no knowledge of a past staff member accepting the water was coming from the window and repairing it April through June, 2021Review fromMark H

5 starswe had a very good experience with Centra.Our Sales Estimator, ***************************, was terrific thru out our "multiple quote with multiple companies" process.He and Centra earned our business with best service, warranty and price.In fact, ******* just now came by on his day off to make sure we were happy and everything was as it should be. 5 starsWe're very happy with the quality of our Centra windows. We had half the windows in our house replaced last year, and found that even with only half the windows replaced there was a noticeable reduction in street noise and heat transfer (warmer in the winter, cooler in the summer) so we did the rest of the house this year. We received great service from Centra.
