    On April 1st Tuesday I called Harmonious ********** services & spoke to ***** ( technician) & was quated 89 for one appliance & if any other things needed repairs an extra 50 Based on that price he came to look at Garborator which had stopped working a few days before at my rental property located at ******************************************** , he opened up the pipes & cleaned it etc We realized the garborator was ok The real problem was dishwasher ***** moved the dishwasher just a couple of inches & looked at it for 20 second & said I cant repair it Its not in his forte or capacity !!!when it came to billing & payment he charged me 200 instead of 89 His explanation was 89 for garburator 50 for just moving the dishwasher & 70 for looking at it for 30 second I was fuming, I was so angry & frustrated unbelievable As my tenant is a young lady & was working at home I kept asking ***** for ************ said I cant give u receipt he has to charge tax on it ,, yada yada yada I didnt want to make a scene in front of my tenant So E-transfered the money right there & then When I came out I kept on calling & texting him for ********************** he just denied any explanation He said he charged 89 for one item 50 for moving the dishwasher ( just pushing the dishwasher out 30 cm ) & another 70 for just looking at it !!!!! Which took 30 second & he said nope I cant do anything about it I have texted & phoned him several times I even threatened him that I would give him terrible reviews & tell other friends not to use him He basically has been ignoring my ************* calls Any expenses for my rental property is tax deductible but he wont give me a receipt I have a copy of my E -transfer money that I sent him I want my money ( 111 over charge for nothing refunded or better yet all my money refunded ) bcuz he is useless & rude & unprofessional Much obliged

    that statement is completely false and biased & wrong 

    Harmonious Appliances Servicing was a trusted company among the people and will always be the same 

    we always quote the final cost before we proceed and if any customer is not willing to do so, we respect their decision but if they will to finish the work based on the quotation 

    we will proceed and complete the task. 
    that statement is just to ruin our reputation

    and it wont be successful at all.

    Hope you are having a good day, thank you for your email & response .
    I read his correspondence & completely disagree with what he says , I have witnesses as well about this incidence & I believe he owes me at least $70 extra that he has charged me based on his quote the first appliances was 80 or 85 then to move my dishwasher he said $ 50 which he moved it about 10 centimeters & I am truly appalled how someone could charge just to move the item for a little bit but truth of the matter the reason I hadnt made a big deal at the time was 
    1- my tenants were there & she was fed up & needed to go to work 
    2- I had to go to work myself 
    3- I had no cars ( because someone had hit my car just the day before ) and I was  dealing with all that & ICBC etc 
    I had to take the bus down to rental property & back to work 
    So there was a lot of things going on all at the same time & frankly he knew all that & to try to rip me off extra money was absurd & unfair 
    I called him as soon as  I left the property while I was waiting for the bus & expressed my dissatisfaction and concerns he rudely & disrespectfully hung up on me I have all the records of calls 
    He didnt & doesnt want to even provide me a receipt which I will take to revenue Canada if its not solved or dealt with !
    I can provide you my conversations ( text ) if needed !
    Please advise him to return at least 70 extra that he charged me 
    I paid him cash / e-transfer 
    I would like to have the extra money returned to me though I dont think he should have charged $50 for moving the appliances 10 centimeter !!!
    Even so 80+ 50 is 130 
    He has charged me 200 cash 
    I apologize for lengthy email I just want to clarify my situation 
    Here are my recommendations 1- he pays me the extra 70 
    2- he provides me a receipt so I can claim as my rental expenses 
    Then we are done otherwise I will not be so generous or kind & will take him to revenue Canada about his mischievous & under the table businesses!
    I know a few people have had issues w them too

    Hi every one 

    This is how my business works and runs and this note would be send to every single customer after they requested the service 

    FYI
    My Service fee is $85 + tax
    To check your 1st Appliance (if it is accessible) in the address and Ill quote the total cost of the repair after problem is found. 
    In case if there are more appliances to be checked at the same mailing address, there would be $55 + tax charge to check each one (if they are accessible) and Ill quote the total after problem is found.

    You can call to see if its true or not  

    When we found the problems and quoted the total cost of fixing the appliances on site and if customer is not agree to that we would kindly respect their decisions and leave the work as their requested 

    but if they agreed to the quote we will proceed and finish the work as we promised. 
    When job is done people will pay us willingly any there is no force. 

    just a brief history about that place 

    there were a new ***** family of 4 (two adult & 2 kids) were living in that place previously 

    they had their fridge, old dishwasher, garburator and stove fixed by our company in their period of living there in few years 

    most of them no charge because the owner didnt want to pay for service. 
    their original dishwasher was ride of at some point and the tenant was forced to purchase a second hand dishwasher himself and pay from his pocket because the owner didnt want to replace the broken old dishwasher!!

    so he did the installation himself and due to lack of knowledge and budget used glue to install the dishwasher

    after sometime due to a lots of life pressure that gentleman passed away and at the same time owner increased the rent and the previous tenant and her two kids had to leave that place in that situation 

    all their appliances were not in a very good condition at that time

    just checking two broken appliance would be $140 plus tax

    for fixing a dead garburator and un installing a glued dishwasher to the cabinet and check it to figure out there is a water leakage and caused the motor and drain pump be broken 

    she was agreed to pay $60 on top of the service fee as we quoted + tax for the repair and removing the dishwasher and diagnose the issue of the dishwasher. 
    when work was done we check her stove and fridge and couple of bathroom fans as well voluntarily and gave the new tenant some advised how to used them for free.  

    Then she transferred the money to our business account that she agreed to pay for the work but she refused to pay taxes !!

    We are very tired of her attitude and impolite behaviour and our solicitor is working on her case and we will meet her soon in court to answer all her questions and she will answers ours if she is right !!! 

    this is our last conversation here and we take care of the rest in hearing soon
