Pulled over for speeding on July 01 2022, contacted a few reputable ticket-fighting services and ultimately settled on Ticket Tosser's after being assured by their associate ****** that I would be paying a maximum fine of $495 "guaranteed otherwise 100% money back guaranteed". Had court date on May 21 and was given a $900 ticket which ******'s partner (I believe a lawyer) said I should be happy about and that there was no way I'd get away with a $495 fine. ****** also assured me from the very start that my license would not be getting suspended, yet his partner warned me on the court date that I could very well have my license taken away and that I should have considered arranging for a ride home (and that the cops would follow me outside to "see what I do" if that were to happen). As if to set my expectations low with scare tactics so I would settle for a less optimal outcome?
I texted ****** twice regarding his money-back guarantee and have been ignored for almost a week now, normally he is prompt to reply. Two lawyers have said I have cause for court action. I still have the records of my conversations with ****** from the first interaction until now. The invoice also states a "worst case scenario" of a fine around $650. They shouldn't be influencing customers' decisions in what company to hire for legal help with false promises they won't honor.

I had submitted a complaint about a company (Ticket Tossers) that wasn't responding to my request for a refund. A few days after my *** submission they contacted me and did end up recently refunding me.

Just wanted to update the *** that the matter is resolved.

    Thank you,
