    The merchant and I had a verbal agreement on the flooring tile (2nd January 2023). He made me hold of cheaper glue in vynal and laminate flooring and I had also made clear to him that i can also go with the higher price lock-in vynal but for that he said i don't have to worry about it as its available anytime and didn't make any note of it on my receipt. We had agreed to call within 5 days to finalize it. On the 4th day, i called him to confirm to take the locking ***** for $2.65 per sq. ft. Today morning (9th January 2023) i went with the guy who is doing flooring for me, suddenly the merchant changed his words and asked me that i have to pay $200 extra shipping fee for the flooring to ship from *********. I didn't want any issues so we come to an agreement that he will give in the same rate of $2.65 per sq.ft for the flooring I choose and divide the shipping charge of $200 between him and me. I then went to an evening around 5:30 pm to pick up the flooring then he showed me the invoice saying its from the dealer saying that i have to pay $2.99 per sq. ft plus a $200 shipping charge. Then i asked him why is that so, then he with a loud voice said you don't know how to read? read the invoice and this is how much you have to make a payment. I got totally upset because he had changed his word for the 3rd time in three meetings, so i asked him i don't want to take anything from him and give me a refund. He said i will not give a refund if you want then go to the court and leave the store now. I had to call the ****** because he was talking loud, scaring me and my wife and 2 kids. *** ****** ******* **** ********* ** ** ******** **** *** *** ********* Looking at the way he was dealing with us, i felt like we are not the only customers who got *******. I also want to file a complaint against the owner of this "NORTH EAST CARPET AND FLOORING" he called himself "****", that he is a big *******, first he says his will give the cheapest deal in the city and once you pay him he will change his deal price and force people to buy from him and do not give a refund of money or any unused product once buy or pay money even to hold with him.

    Hi there this customer made us order the material of their choice as it was on final sale  and then decided to change the material from laminate to lvp  and we told them we cant because they brought on final sale and will have to take the material because they were the once who made us order it so we have their  material and they can pick it up any time they want
