    i was taking a group of friends out for dinner when the bill came i wanted to use my gift certificates up a few minutes passed i was told they would not accept them they told me that they were bought at another location and since that location had closed they would not honor them i pointed out that they say good at all locations and do not expire but they would not accept them then why does it say all locations?? and do not expire!! i looked at there web site and no where does it say that they will not accept gift cert from a closed location!! i called another chianti and said no problem they will honor them no problem !!so beware of *********** location i have bought gift cert at all location and have never hade a problem till now!! dont understand how they can legally or morally do this seems like ******* business practice and poor customer loyalty!!! would give no stars if i could
