      My complaint is about the company Calgary Bookkeeping and Tax Services run by ***** **** in Calgary *******. Tammy has been doing my taxes since ****. She personally said she would handle all of my *** affairs, do my bookkeeping, file my taxes and stay in contact whenever she was needed to answer a question and to make sure everything was done to the standard of the **** Since 202*, 202* and the start of 202* she has not filed anything with the *** for over a year now (confirmed on the *** website)I believed that the taxes, bookkeeping etc was submitted but then when questioned she began and continued to give excuses such as it was submitted, but it didn't go through, *** was on strike, my computer crashed, blamed another employee, I have to go over her numbers again, it will be done by the weekend, I will/have submitted it again, I will meet with you, I have moved... When I asked her questions via email or text she would answer some but total go silent for other important questions. Calls were never answered or returned as promised. Since February 202* she hasn't responded at all. I have paid her for monthly and yearly fees she has charged (overcharged) and immediately paid via e-transfer for all of 202*, 202* and the first quarter of 202*. I paid in good faith believing she was actually going to come through.She has not. I have paid her a total of ********** for 202** ***** **** and NO services have been rendered. My taxes have not been submitted and I have been charged by the *** with penalties, interest and late fees. I am very disappointed a long and trusting business relationship has turned out this way.I would like to be paid back the total amount of $********** I do have all the receipts that payment was accepted and taken.I would also like to warn any other people who are interested in hiring her for her services.
