    The business offers passes to various local events but will change the available events and your access to them after your purchase. For example the "all-inclusive" pass no longer includes a dozen events which are now only available on the "explorer" pass even though when you purchased they were promised to you. They offer refunds but their listed customer service line ****************) is nothing but an endless tree of phishing scams for supposedly free medical devices, insurance discounts, etc. There is no way to reach any live person. There is nothing but prerecorded scams. Only after going through the better business bureau was it possible to reach an agent. They did provide a refund but had no explanation for their clearly intentional unreachable status. I cannot fathom how the BBB has listed this company with an A+ rating. This is clearly a malicious company looking to rip off customers with hopes that no one is able to reach them. I am not reassured in the slightest that going through the BBB got my refund, as the company shouldn't have to be threatened by a higher power in order to uphold their own listed policies.

    I recently purchased the Go City Pass for my trip to ***, and I couldn't be more disappointed. The Edge, advertised as reservation-free on the app, required an 8 am reservation - a detail conveniently omitted. The ********************* refused Go City Pass reservations, forcing me to pay separately. ******* reluctantly offered a discount, admitting the Go City Pass wasn't as accepted as promised. Even **************************** cruise denied reservation attempts. Out of 12 attractions, I managed to experience only one. Save your money, as this pass turned out to be a costly disappointment with misleading information and unfulfilled promises. This pass scams tourists and misinforms on purpose. After various attempts to be assisted, they did not respond.
