    Purchased 30 beige rental chairs and 5 folding tables on 6/22/22 with owner of store named ****** Paid $141.40 plus $50.00 deposit. A grand total of $191.40. The event was Saturday, 6/25/22. We did not get the 30 beige chairs but instead 9 beige chairs and 21 black chairs. ***** stated at time of purchase my husband and I had to return the rentals on Sunday, 6/26/22 between 10am-12pm. I inquired about same day drop off and he said if he we could get to the store by 7:30pm, we could. I called him at 7:11pm at the end of my baby shower, I am 8 months pregnant, to see if he would still be at the store and he did not pick up. He then texted me at 10:21pm and said he closed at 7:00pm which is an extra 30 mins earlier than he originally stated. I returned the texted message and said we would drop it off the next day. He then changed his drop off time frame again and said drop offs are at noon for one hour. It has been a constant back and forth with drop off for the tables and chairs. We finally get to drop off the rentals Sunday and learn that one of the tables was not his. We have to wait for the venue to reopen Tuesday, June 28, 2022 which I picked up around 10:30am and was ready to drop off the table to ****** My mom and I waited nearly 2 hours in front of his store for a call back hoping this could be resolved today, 6/28/22, but no answer or response to text. The owner does not have posted business hours on his door. He has a sign that, Sorry miss you. I will be back for any questions. Call ************. How can a paying customer return something if the owner will not pick up the phone or will not respond to text messages? This is the most unprofessional business transaction I have ever experienced and I would like to receive a full refund due to the time lost and invested in a simple rental return. I receive the $50 deposit back, but that is not enough. I stated that I was 8 months pregnant and he continues to disregard my well being. His BBB rating is an F!!!
