            On September 7th 2022 I had GW Wagner Plumbing come by my residence to perform an assessment on a plumbing job. Prior to the appointment they had informed me that there would be a $165 charge for the assessment, to which I said ok. The 2 technicians came to the house walked around took pictures, and were paid $165 using my debit card. I was told they would email me the assessment. After 3 weeks of not hearing anything, I called the office number listed and was told they would work on it and get back to me in a couple of days. After 2 days of nothing called back and left a voicemail, still heard nothing. Then emailed the email address listed on website and still no reply. My wife then called and got same reply that I had prior that the tech was out of office and they will work on the assessment when they got back into the office from being in the field. It has now been 5 weeks with no communication from the company to myself or my wife and would just like to have the money refunded for the service that was not provided.
