            My pergola in the patio is attached to the wall. When its raining the water seep into the wall and drip through the windows frame indoor. May ******************************** Angies list, and they recommended the American Team Construction, Inc. The project was completed in 1 day (10:00 am - 4:00 pm) by 2 workers at the end of May.It included flashing the pergola ledger board, replacing the wet plywood of the wall etc. I got a lumpsum bill of $2,625 . There was no contract and no itemized cost. I paid the *********************** the problem was fixed. In June, after a couple of rainfall, the leak come back again. I contacted American Team Construction, *** several times. Eventually, they send a worker to check the leak again, acknowledgd the leak. Then never come back to fix it.

            They don't deliver on what they promise and upcharge. We received a quote for siding our mobile home including a skirt and shutters. First they added $5300 for plywood for they skirt, then they couldn't get my color, then they forgot to order my shutters. Then they couldn't get the right color paint for my shutters promised April 4-7. May 1st, still waiting. Broke fencing, solar lighting and plants. Put a wrong/different color around lights and plugs. Didn't pull necessary permits in town. Did not cut access panel to water under mobile home. Now they want to charge extra for paint which is trim color agreed to. This project started the week of March 14 on a single wide trailer. We have paid $15,000.
