              Limited edition midnight blue bose earbuds were purchased on 4.4.24. It was discovered that while the right earbud worked, the left was non-functional. On 4.15.24 I talked to 7 bose agents, 4 by chat and 3 by phone and still do not have resolution. I am being told that because this is a replacement, even though it is acknowledged that the earbuds were non-functional upon arrival, they are only able to replace with a black or white set of earbuds. There is a blue color available, but because they are limited edition, they cannot be used for replacement. All I need is a replacement of the product and color I originally purchased.

              I have many Bose devices I bought a Bose ear bud quiet with case. And have had nothing but problems with it from the very first day Have called and troubleshooting it multiple times. Finally it went out of warranty and **** said hey you have to buy a new one Nothing like standing behind your product. Buy **** or something else
