              Date of transaction was 6/19/21. I was to pay the remaining balance of my dry cleaning. The employee over charged me $100. No one from the business attempted to contact me about their mistake. I went back the next time they were open but the employee told me she wasn't allowed to refund money. She looked through the computer to find store credit was added to my account though. She said I can try to come back at 6pm or 7am the next day. I returned for 6pm but the owner wasn't there he had gone to the gym. No one attempted to call him. This second employee still did not provide me with a refund. Third return, I was first greeted by someone who was still not allowed to refund money. Thankfully the owner was there but shocked/surprised to hear I had been overcharged. He found my receipt, realized I was right and finally refunded me. None of the employees that are left to run the shop are allowed to provide customers refunds. The owner is rarely there to correct mistakes made by employees.
