We recently used Bayside Kitchen for a kitchen quartz countertop project. The installation company ************ the company owner suggested, Amazon *************** were easy to work with and did quality work. They made a mistake on the sink installation and were willing to work with us to resolve the issue. That was the good part of the job.************ closed his business storefront some time back but still uses his former business invoice address on the presented invoice. We learned that state sales tax on the project could be reduced for the customer if the invoice was itemized for materials and labor. This was presented to ************ and he refused to make any changes or amend the ****. Had he done this simple process, as suggested by the Mass. **** of ******* , he would have saved us several hundred dollars.I had a phone conference with him and the installation company. He was quick to use profanity towards the customer when he was put on the spot to explain his business practices that caused us problems and aggravation. He will tell you how business savvy he is and you aren't.Find someone else to do the work you need done. It's my opinion that he puts his best interests first and is disingenerous.
