            I want to go withdrawal $160 out of an *** on February 2nd 2024. It took me too long to grab the money so the *** took the money back into the machine. I ended up with drawing the $160 again. However the first transaction never went back onto my card. Whenever I called customer service they told me they would take care of it immediately it would definitely be back on my card give it to the three business days. A week later I called them and they told me that I had to file a dispute. So the first customer service representative lied to me. I ended up filing a dispute. It's been over two weeks since I filed the dispute. I just called them again asking them what is taking so long because it is obvious that I need my money and they are saying that they may take up to April 4th to send me my money back on my card if the dispute is found valid.

            I can not get any email response from this bank, which continues to raise my P&I payment due each month. They will not answer the phone number that they list for customer servicing. My monthly payments have always been made on time and in full. More recently their contact information is incorrect and/or not possible to find a connection to them.**********
