    Liberty chevrolet of ************ End of February beginning of March I went in for an oil change and they notified me and said that I had a slight leak on one of my transmission lines. I never had a problem with my transmission and it was not a leak it was more of a sweat. After they replaced it my truck started shifting oddly and through a check engine light. After getting a second opinion I found out that ***** over filled my transmission. After I called ***** and informed them. They told me to take it in. Then they called me an said that there nothing they can do and I need a new transmission. For 7 thousand dollars. I went to a new transmission place and had to replaced a reputable transmission shop. After purchasing multiple vehicles there and using them for every oil change and maintenance was told to leave and never come back.

    The absolute worse customer service in all NE! They bait and switch advertised vehicles and are not nice people to deal with. Save yourself self the aggravation, go anywhere else. Went to buy an advertised truck Not a nice person said I couldn't buy it Did not say why it was advertised and not his fault it was online, just NO Did not offer another truck Did not offer to order me a truck Said he would not sell to a business then said he didn't say that.Did not tell me his name or let me talk to manager and showed me the door...Was I mad, yup but after he was playing word games and would not let me talk to manager....

    Mrs ************** stopped in looking for a 1- ton dual rear wheel pick up... her demeanor was almost instantaneously angry and aggressive and then she began to use profanity. She was asked to leave. She yelled "F#@K YOU" openly and very loudly in front of staff and guest as she exited. Although we wish her good luck in her vehicle search, we cannot offer her any assistance moving forward.

    After thinking about what happened I'm actually feeling blessed that I did not buy from them. I cannot imagine how the rest of the staff there is to work with and having to go back for service. One might think they were in the business of selling vehicles? Advertising ****************, yet only selling to certain people!? Stinks of discrimination and false advertising...I was actually excited the vehicles I was searching for were available! Custom ordering them is a long wait. Now, I'm ordering from a local dealer I know and trust. After yesterday's experience, I'll wait!
