    BBB unable to locate business
    Pre Ordered a Brand New Bronco, put a $100 deposit down for my reservation. Received VIN from **** and everything, they stated the dealer sold it to someone else. I waited called the dealer, no response. Had to call Corporate to get status. They are not only giving me my $100, ignoring me, they sold it!!!! They knew it was mine, sent to that location as I requested for me, waited months. So ethical, not to mention criminal selling someone else's reservation. They are still ignoring me even after posting bad review. So frustration who does that?? Reached out several times, email and voicemail because no one calls back.Emails like this I received recently and nothing.Thank you for reserving your Bronco through First Ford ! Once more information is released I will be more than happy to reach out. We look forward to doing business with you thank you for your patience, I will be in touch!     I ordered a **** Bronco on 7/2020. Paid $100 to **** on 7/2020 and then an additional $900 to First Ford on 3/19/2020 for a 4 door **** Bronco.I Got emails from **** telling me I have price protection, mailings of hammocks, calendars and posters thanking me for my Bronco order.Never signed anything, my fault but when I ordered it, it was pre-covid... a different world.I get notification via email from **** on 1/22/2022 that my Bronco 2022 is being built. Mind you I ordered a 2020 July of 2020.My order is a 2 door not a 4 door**** I call the dealer and I am told the price is $5000 over MSRP.I file a complaint with **** on 2/15 CAS ******** in anticipation of my car coming in- a car I did not order.I NEVER get a call back 2 calls after filing the complaint. Why should I pay $5000 over for a car I ordered 1 year and 5 months ago that is coming in that is not what i ordered?My truck comes in 3/18. It is not what I ordered! I call **** to follow up on my complaint**** Poor woman on the phone can send my call to NO ONE**** No where to escalate.I go to the dealership to drive the truck ordered under my name**** I don't want it. Not a 4 door, not what I ordered and they have had my $1000 for literally 2 years**** They low ball my trade and tell me I have to pay $5000 over MSRP if I want it.I went into this transaction 2 years ago hoping for a vehicle that i have always wanted. I have been driving carpool and minivans for years. This was suppose to be my dream car. I was willing to wait.I did all that was asked. In the end, the car I ordered did not come in. They had my money for 2 years. They told me if "i wanted it" I had to pay $5000 over MSRP and they low balled my car. In closing, the only person who got hurt here was me, First Ford sold my bronco for $10,000 over MSRP and I cannot get my dream car as it takes 2 years for them to come in.
