              Had a delivery of oil 3x the usual amount when my house was vacant for the 3 months. Price is almost double the market price per gallon. Automatically charged and when told my card was removed from autopay it wasn't and I was automatically charged again but two separate employees confirmed that my card was removed from autopay. Billing rep yelled at me and made an extremely rude comment about not having a job (I was laid off due to covid). The manager did not want to believe me, told me her rep knows what she is doing and her only concern was about how they were going to get paid in the future.
