              My car was rejected during a state inspection because of "worn" wiper blades. The blades are less than a year old and they were inspected several month ago at the dealer during a recall. "worn" wiper blades is very subjective. I owned a service facility. I've replace thousands of wiper blades. Sullivan should not have rejected my car. I'm guessing this is very common at Sullivan to sell parts and pad the bill. Also, every car they service they go through your vehicle without permission looking for a part they can sell you. In my case they disconnected the glove box door to get to the cabin filter spilling all my covid masks on the floor. They also went through my glove box and put my old insurance card in one of their plastic packets. THIS IS AN INVASION OF MY PRIVATE PROPERTY! They don't respond to complaints. It cost me time and money to come back for an inspection that should have passed. I never signed an RO. So I did not authorize any service.

              I brought my **** fusion in because it died in the road. I was told I needed a fuel pump. $$$$ later it was done. A few day's later, the same thing happened ! I brought it back in and they said it was fixed. No explanation as to what was wrong or what they did to fix it!. Now I brought it in for a steering problem. Said it was a code that **** would no longer honor. Supposedly fixed. Again no explanation as to what was done and why. Now my cars been there for another 5 day's. No call, no information and when the rental car was due, I had to call and work it out so it didn't go on my credit card!!!! I'm supposed to pick up my car tomorrow and when I called Sullivan tire, they had no idea what was done, and what was wrong!! With the economy and losing a child, this is just to much to bear!!

              Hello ***, thank you for your feedback. We are truly sorry for the lack of communication from the store regarding your repair. We had a mobile technician look at the vehicle on Friday, July 26th. The vehicle was repaired, and the manager wanted to keep it over the weekend to drive it and make sure it was all set before returning it back to you. The vehicle was ready for pickup on Monday July 29th. We have already reviewed the importance of consistent communication to the manager, so this does not happen again. Please let us know if you had any issues with the rental as it should be billed automatically to Sullivan with the account we have set up with enterprise. As always, we stand behind out work and are ready to help if anything else should fail. Thank you.
