In response to your complaint. The facts are as follows. You called in requesting plumbing repairs. Upon scheduling your appointment our office FULLY informed you of our billing rates and procedures on our recorded line. The receptionist asked you if you had any questions and also asked if you still wanted to move forward on our recorded line. We also informed you that we would mail you your paid receipt when billing was processed the following business day. You agreed and provided the payment method.
As we initially told you you travel time DOES not start when you see him on your " security camera and or at arrival" and also even if you are ".9 miles " away. As per your complaints on social media there is no problem with the workmanship we provided. We successfully completed multiple repairs to your home. Our office also told you upon your call in to dispute the bill that the bill would be reviewed and we would also recheck the vehicle gps report and we would let you know if there was an error found. We would only call you back if we made an error. The problem that bothers you is the cost of the service. We understand that we are all paying more for everything these days so in a good faith effort we even gave you a courtesy refund of $75.00 in an effort to help. And this is how you show you appreciation? We would also like to point out that you had previously used us two other times prior and our billing format and procedures have always been the same We have a customer base of over ****** satisfied and loyal customers.
