If I could give a 0, or worse, I would. Their leasing process is a sham. They don't disclose the actual costs, interest, finance charges at all. They don't even sign their contracts. They let employees sign whether they have authority or not. I have been trying to move or release the lease for 2 months. The rep has quit answering and the company wont call back. The lease holder they never told me I would have, and is on no paperwork, also has no paperwork themselves. They claim Valleys documentation is their own contract and paperwork. That they have no obligation to go through pricing or values of equipment. The moment I asked for the contracts, as they never sent them back signed, its amazing how the company quit responding completely. This printer is in a building I no longer am at, where another company is, and I have no control over it as the rep said the lease holder has to approve it, and the contract states needing consent. Guess what you cant do if Valley office wont respond, get permission. There rep has stated there are a ton of car dealers and companies paying for printers that are passed their leases because they always forget to cancel 60 days in advance, and are now stuck in another year, not-cancelable. If you want a company to absolutely s**** you over, then by all means, I give them a 5 star for that.Since posting this 24 hours ago on ******* they responded on the ****** review and said they want to deal with it asap. Proceeded to give me an email address that does not work. No one has called or emailed me. The rep is still AWOL.
