I've used Dynamic Towing two other times in the past; both times I was charged $60.00 for towing my motorcycles. That's a fair and reasonable price and the distance was about 5 minutes away. This evening, I needed a tow again (third time's a charm, they say!) and when I called, the dispatcher said it would be $90.00 as "two people need to handle the bike". This wasn't the case at all; I handled the bike while the tow driver strapped it. I rode the bike up the ramp and down; it didn't need handling as I had enough juice left to get it up and back down without assistance. My battery was running very low so I called them before I was completely dead. Dispatcher said he would send a driver out in 20 minutes. I called back after almost 40 minutes to see what was happening. Almost 40 minutes later and driver arrives. Not his fault; it's the DISPATCHER giving under-times when he should have just been upfront; I would have waited anyway. The driver? AWESOME GUY! He towed me before; super guy and friendly; he knows what he's doing! No complaints about him AT ALL! The dispatcher, though? A $30.00 jump to $90.00 for a 5 minute tow where my bike wasn't handled by anyone but me? Really? Clearly, they make rates up as they go. There's zero doubt about this! The last times I got towed where it WAS a two man job... and it was $60.00. This time it was $90.00 ($103.50 in total) and I drove it up and back down myself. Ridiculous pricing I later called ******* ****** and asked what their rate would have been (without mentioning it would not have needed to be handled by two people) and they quoted me a TOTAL of $70.00. I know who I'll be calling if I need tow service again ... and it certainly won't be Dynamic Towing; there's nothing "Dynamic" about their rates.

We have reviewed the above complaint, there is a slight discrepancy in what we found. When you called and asked for your bike to be towed you gave your address and asked if it would be the same price as last time $60. The dispatcher asked what kind of motorcycle is it? You answered an electric sport bike. He then said it would be $90 plus tax, you asked why is it more money. He answered liability or possibility of dropping sports bikes while loading and unloading and the time it takes to do that without causing damage made for the increase in price. You then said whatever just come and get it. The dispatcher asked if you would be waiting, because it takes 2 people to load sports bikes, especially an electric one, that the driver might not be familiar with. He did not say he was sending 2 people, In respect to the delay in arriving to you, you are 100% correct. The dispatcher did tell you approx 20 minutes and it did take in fact 44 minutes to arrive. The driver originally assigned to pick you up had never towed an all electric sports bike and did not feel comfortable with do it. The driver we sent, who does have more experience was further away resulting in the delay. He did explain this when you called back at 27 minutes into the call. You said it was no problem and you understood. So at the end of the day, we did explain the price increase ahead of time, we did get you moved with no damage and we agree the driver we sent is awesome and a true professional. However we were late and you are a repeat customer, and for that we would like to reimburse you the difference of $30 plus tax from this tow. We can either do this by phone, email or in person. We hope this will be a satisfactory resolution to your complaint.
