              24 April 2022 - final invoice of $20 182 Quote included “all roof” “all wall-roof transitions” “full roof of OSB”.. Upon job completion, 1 section of metal roofing was not touched. I asked why, and was told it looked newly done and in good shape. (Was a new purchase, so I couldn’t confirm, but took them on their word). After renovations we’re done inside after the roof job was completed, water ingress and mould developed above the metal section. I reached out informing them of the damages and bad condition of the metal roof that they certified to be in good repair, and they refuse to take any ownership of it. I am now out $1730 in repairs and lost rent. And have to displace a tenant to properly fix the metal roof that previously mid-diagnosed and inspected by the leverman team. The refund requested is the $1730 I’m out due to the leverman team confirming the metal roof was in good repair, when it is obvious based on the pictures provided in its current state, it is not.

              Got a metal roof installed on our house in 2018, they did such a good job that we hired them to do our shingle roof on our new house when we built in 2020. Both experiences we exceptional along with their quality of work. We have a very complex roof with 7 peaks and a large pitch, 2 covered decks, all of which looks great. I would most definitely recommend Leverman Roofing and if we build another house will no doubt be reaching out to them again.
