I put a deposit down for a siding job in Oct 2021 and for the last four months, I have tried to get an approx date to start. I called weekly without anyone getting back to me and last week I finally received a call from Karl. And after asking for a date to start. He proceeded to curse at me saying I was a punk up in his F***ing face, and had been doing this for F***ink years and he didn’t need this BS. After a minute of him ranting I said I was cancelling and he said I would lose 30% of my deposit. I told him my lawyer would contact him. He hung up but called back and said he’d send the entire deposit, and did, but there is no way a business should ever talk to a customer like that. I will go out of my way to recommend to others, to never use this company. Most unprofessional business encounter I’ve had the misfortune to deal with. The e we order thing was that I just wanted my house sided . I didn’t want my money back, I stayed around for the summer instead of any travel plans and now I’m out of luck for getting my house done. UNACCEPTABLE !
