              I purchased a rollator walker which was prescribed to be after open heart surgery. One day the cross bar brace under the seat snapped in the middle. This cross bar is part of the frame and the frame has a LIFETIME warranty. I contacted Harding Medical to get the frame repaired, but was given some run around about them wanting to bill Income Assistance for an entirely new unit. I don't need a new unit, only the cross bar under the seat replaced. I last contacted them over 2 months ago and haven't heard back yet. I depend on that walker for mobility and need this issue resolved asap.

              I've bought wheelchairs, seat cushions, and tires and every time I have done anything through them it has been a hassle. The only reason I would give this company my business is because they're the closest ones to me. The last time I bought a wheelchair through them the employees were very rude. I definitely would not recommend this company.
