in march 2023 we called everdry waterproofing under warranty after we paid yearly maintenance fee. our back up battery was setting off alarms every night causing little sleep fo no apparent reason. they came out and aid we need new battery which they replaced , we thought! the new battery has been dead for many months and we called and they were busy and set appointement for november6, 2023. at 10:30am. i met with *** the manager who looked at water problem that they have attempted to fin fo rlast two years on corner of basement where there is a pump, i showed him where water has been coming in for last coulple years and every year they send crew but never fix leak. he said he would send crew and it would take 2-3 hour to fix with new material.he looked at battery with me and said he could not fix problem because the battery control unit which is crewed to the battery holder was missing. i have never seen or touched this unit nor has anyone in our household and everdry people are the only ones who have touched the battery backup system. therefore someone from everdry had taken the control piece and never mentioned it and never starte the unit with the new battery. *** has been out here three tmes with helpers. someone from everdry has taken our system! i want new battery backup system instalkled with new battery. i paid for the new battery ******
