      These people are stealing money from their community. They lie and tell you they mail out payments and nothing ever comes. They say they send text and no text ever come. Every winter they raise the prices even if your not in your home for a full month your paying $499 bills: they dont turn you off and say its your fault you never got a bill and they know they are the only gas company in **************. They charge more and more every time youre shut off and I see the trucks in my community sometimes 3/4 times a day. Mind you my community is black. Someone needs to step up and stop them from stealing from us!

On 01/03/2023 the first bill of $232.32 was billed. No payment was made. On 02/01/2023 the second bill of $267.40 generated in the amount of $267.40, bringing the total amount due to $550.72. At this time the customer was in disconnection status for 02/20/2023 and notified on the February statement. A reminder was also mailed on 02/07/2023. The service was disconnected on 02/21/2023 for non-payment. On 02/23/2023 the payment of $282.32 was made to reconnect the service and the $37 reconnection fee was billed to the customer, leaving the remaining balance of $267.40.On 03/01/2023 the March statement generated in the amount of $182.71. Including the now past due amount of $267.40, brought the total to $450.14. At this time the customer was again in disconnection status for 3/20/2023 and notified on the March statement. A reminder was also mailed on 03/07/2023. The service was disconnected on 03/23/2023 for non-payment. On 03/24/2023 the payment of $270.00 was paid towards the balance of $450.14. On 04/03/2023 the April statement generated in the amount of $209.64 . Including the now past due amount of $180.14, brought the total to $389.78. At this time the customer was again in disconnection status for 04/21/2023 and notified on the April statement. A reminder was also mailed on 04/10/2023. The service was disconnected on 04/24/2023 for non-payment. On 04/25/2023 the payment of $268.00 was paid towards the balance of $389.78. Ms. ****** May bill is scheduled to be billed today, May 1, 2023. The account will have a scheduled disconnection date of 05/18/2023. It is recommended that ************** call our *************************** to make arrangements or make the past due amount before the disconnection date to avoid further interruption of the service.We here at Austell Gas System are willing to work with all our customers.       So let me get this right I cant login online, I dont get the mail neither text messages or no response by email from yall yall but you can post the bills on here? Lol. You literally just proved my point. Yall are definitely handling the black people in this area so wrong. First of all Im not the only one who complains. I was away from my home the whole December and January and yall have yet to explain to me who used that amount of gas. When I told you Im not receiving nothing from yall you blamed the post office. I asked to receive emails still nothing. I even emailed you all to try and get the text messages pushed through my phone and not one person responded. The bills are too high and they get hugger every time yall shut the gas off and we come home to see its off. I dont have time to run behind a company for a bill. You clam when it was on autopay my bank rejected your payment but funny all my other bills just come right out. I feel targeted cause yall know youre the only service in this area and its middle class black people. Yall sit back here everyday riding around turning people gas off. I can start taking videos each time I see you back here. You know youre wrong and I have yet to have a solid solution to this problem. I asked yall to wave some feee I mean not even one time did you wave a few. Yall are trash period. And you do this to us on purpose. You know exactly whats going on and yall are stealing from us. Hiding behind a faulty system of not receiving bills. Check the ****** reviews! Its too many people complaining about the same things. Nobody being home and you still charging $509 bills, not getting bills and shutting us off every few weeks, its no way you can say we all lying, its you!
