    On March 24, 2022 I took my tiller to them because of a gas leak. After about a week I picked it up when they said it was ready. When I got home it had no gas in it, I didn't think much of it, I just assumed that they didn't put much in. I filled the tank and started using it, it immediately started leaking gas again. I called and was told to bring it back. When I took it back, they tried to say it was a different leak and wanted $100 deposit for the new leak. This is after I had already paid $105. I did not follow my gut, because I should've never left it with them when I was told that they wanted $105 without even looking at it when I initially took it to them.

    I brought my lawn mower to Dres a couple weeks ago. I had replaced my spark plug already and literally just needed a full service tune up. I called the owner and agreed to the $105 charge. Once the repair was completed my lady goes to pick it up and she is told it is $155. They apparently performed an unauthorized diagnostic which was an extra $50. When my lady asks what was wrong with the lawnmower? Their reply was I dont know. This is an extra expense that was not authorized, did not identify any problem or cause for repair, and flat out did not need to take place. I feel like they charged me whatever they wanted and those consequences of price and communication fell on me. Do not frequent this business if you can avoid it; the prices do not match the service at all.
