I underwent an FUE hair transplant at HRS in August/September 2021, filled with hope and confidence in the clinic's reputation and the professional discussions I had with a doctor prior to the procedure. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from what I expected, not only because of the unsatisfactory outcome but also due to a significant lack of transparency from the clinic.After patiently waiting for two years for the promised *******************, I have to express my disappointment. The density of my hair, particularly in the frontal area, has noticeably decreased from even pre-procedure. This outcome is deeply disheartening, considering the time and financial investment, and the high expectations set by the clinic.Moreover, I was not informed that the person conducting the procedure would not be the doctor I initially spoke with. This lack of communication and transparency is concerning and adds to my dissatisfaction with the entire experience.Understanding that hair transplant procedures are complex and results can vary, I gave ample time before making any judgments, hoping for the transplanted follicles to mature. Unfortunately, this patience has not yielded the positive change I was promised.Through this review, I am seeking an explanation or guidance from HRS on why the outcome was not as anticipated and why there was a change in the medical personnel without my knowledge. My experience highlights not only disappointing results but also a troubling lack of clarity and communication from the clinic. I look forward to the clinic's response to address these significant concerns.
