my iPhone, &Watch were warranted through Apple. I went to **** prime communications,) Auth retailer, they had to reactivate the cellular service on both devices. The young lady (*******) proceeded to go on her tablet, as well as on the phone & watch to reactivate the service. My bill was once again abnormally high so I went to the **** corporate store .the manager there ***** went into the account, he himself stated what this young lady did wrong, he stated all of these charges were a direct result of her unnecessary because of what she did incorrectly, corp stated that they are not able to fix it because they did not create it and that I needed to go back to the authorized retailer for them to fix it its been over a month and another bill is on my account thus making my bill is 941. I went back to the location several times and they are still refusing to fix it and saying corp is lying , that they can. I have gone to the new store manager &beyond as well as his boss and the boss of him and nothing has been done. I was advised that she changed The plan that I had to the same plan that I still have but unfortunately she did it wrong so it resulted in prorated charges .I want to go back there to have them research it they did not help so I went to the corporate store. The manager of that store went on his device and found each individual charge that she created and told me what happened. This is how I knew what happened , they have been dragging their feet and they have not resolved the issue with this resulting in my phone bill going higher, late charges and it is about to be disconnected. I was advised even by customer service, not to pay my portion of the bill until this was resolved. I do not need to pay some thing I do not owe. The error was 290 ( plus tax) and fees They are refusing to fix the issue. Neither location nor the customer service line of ****. Everybody is refusing to fix it. My account number is. ************
