    Questionable sales tactics:May 1st 2023 - looked a few vehicles at the dealership. The one we were interested in was already sold but sales person informed ******* vehicle that isn't listed yet that would meet our criteria and was already ordered by the dealership (not by me) and would be in the following week. They asked for a 1k deposit and verbally noted that if we decide not to move forward with it that's fine - we can get the money back. Almost 2 weeks later and no vehicle - with the arrival date having never officially stated to us - (just that it would be the following week) - and come to find the estimated date was almost another 2 weeks out. So we asked to cancel the transaction and for a refund. Dealer states that they communicated the date to us - no piece of paper regarding the *** or anything shows this and my wife and I both are 100% positive no date was provided to us. They state that I was told the date that was in their system (which they have yet to tell us what that is) - my parties are stating we were never given an official date and that it would just be in either the following Monday or Tuesday (about a week out from original interaction). Come to find several other reviewers are finding the same deposit tactic they are using as well.

    Business lacks transparency and integrity. Was in the process of leasing a Mazda Cx-30, and the person I was connected with, Shy, was apparently going to help me with the process and make the process transparent, which did not happen. She stopped communicating with me and didn't respond to my messages. She also didn't even realize there was an incoming Mazda CX-30, and rather than look into it, she just stated "hmm I don't see that". I called the dealership back once Shy didn't respond to several of my messages and was informed that car was just sold. The "customer experience" manager, *****, did nothing but state how his team was responsible and negligent but had nothing to offer in terms of a solution or resolution.

    Thank you for sharing. After reviewing your experience we can see some clear places we can improve our service and experience. Unfortunately, the resolution you needed was not obtainable. The lease promotion you referenced was significantly lower than Mazda's advertised lease and with the limited inventory you yourself detailed we could not fulfill your request. Unfortunately, Mazda of Roswell is not responsible for third party promotions. I have researched multiple options trying to fill both your budgetary restraints and time restraints and could not find a viable option. We did receive a inventory allocation today as I explained to her yesterday. It does have two additional base CX-30's. I would love to assist with reviewing options for these if you are open to waiting for their arrival. And as I promised when I spoke with you Saturday I will attempt to assist you even if it is not purchasing from me. I will be able to review all dealers incoming units on Friday if you would like me to route you to other dealers that have the inventory and colors you prefer. As much as I would love to sell you a car and earn your business at this point it is more about assisting you on your journey and just being helpful.
