    I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership in mid July of this year (2023). At that time, I was told that all taxes, tag and title related information was being handled by the dealership and that I had paid all related fees. About a month later, I received a phone call from Audi stating that I still needed to pay and file my taxes locally. I complained about this issue (along with a few others) verbally and I followed up via email. They agreed that they mishandled the situation and stated they would send the reimbursement check back to me for the additional amount I paid. It is now the end of October. After a number of email exchanges and excuses (even down to the check printer needed to be replaced), I still have yet to receive the reimbursement check and they are no longer responding to my emails. I have attached a copy of the email exchanges for your reference.

    went to dealership with questions about my apple play and car loosing speed I made an appointment my original service person was *** he started out rude and then *** took over she looked at my apple play and went got service manager *************** was rude I allow them to diagnostic see if my car had a problem they told me I didn't have a warranty they didn't even have my information in computer that's not the worse part the service manager call me in his office as I was a child and informed me that the three employees complain about me asking questions and he actually fix his mouth to tell me I need to apologize not listening to anything I was telling him I'm a senior citizen who was there to only get my car check out I bought my car from there last year this was my first time there for service I ask him if this would happen if I wasn't an African American women they tainted me with no regards and then ask if I was going to return I clearly told him no first impression is important and they were rude to me as a customer their customer service all around from sales to service was horrible even when I went to talk to general manager about my experience with the service department I was disrespected as a customer they told me my apple play was the fault of my apple phone gave me a paper and sent me on my way with no regards to fixing the apple play I hope no one has to experience this kind of treatment I was so distraught about this experience and shaken I only gave a one cause I had to to post this if I couldn't gave negative 0 I would have
