      In November I got a new modem, it took repeated phone calls over 3 months time to get a label to send the old one back. Then it came with a threatening note that if it was not returned within 30 days I would be charged for the cost of the modem. I tried to give it to the tech when he came out but he refused to take it. I have been having problems with service off and on for over a year. Friday they were going to give me a $20 credit after many many hours of phone calls and online chat waits. They told me I had to pay the bill that day to get the credit. I authorized a payment of $59.66. They drafted that from my checking account then also sent a draft through for $559.66 which I did not authorize. It took me several phone calls, multiple different stories, and over 2 hours to finally get someone who would reverse and provide a confirmation number for the reversal. I had a tech appointment scheduled for today with a service window of 8am-5pm. I had to cancel all my plans for my day off due to their unwillingness to give me a smaller window. At 3pm I still had not received a text to let me know when they were coming so I called them. I was informed that the tech had “fallen sick” and had to go home. I never received any information from them that this had occurred. I have requested many, many times to speak with someone higher than a call center supervisor and have been told there is no one higher than them. There has been no response from the company regarding the repeated loss of work hours due to dropped service and a blatant lack of customer service. There previously was no other service provider in our area but now there is. I am seriously thinking about switching services thinking that the experience with another company cannot possibly be any worse than this one.

      Over a year of spending $125 a month for 7mbps, and no customer service to show for it. They randomly upgraded us to a bundle without our consent, and constantly tell us that we're available for an upgrade(They lied) Recently our connection has become limited, down to 3mbps, and very unstable internet. So it took them 3 days to send a technician out... only for him to come out and look at the pole and then close the ticket. He didn't come up to the house at all or even tested the wi-fi, so now we have to wait 2 WEEKS for someone  to come out. If things don't improve, we and the area around us will all put in the $800 for Star Link. You cannot stop people from getting satellite internet, but you can improve your services, so get with the times and stop treating us like we're in 2010.
