            An order was placed for an item. When we received the item, it wasn't what we were expecting. In calling the company to ask questions, we were met with severe rudeness, and told there wasn't anything they could do to help. We would have to pay for shipping the item back, and pay so they could "restock" the item. The item arrived yesterday (7/28/2021), and that's also when the phone call took place. The item in question is a small oxygen tank, with no oxygen. When we called, we were told 1) there's a disclaimer stating the oxygen is not provided. (I have yet to be able to find it), and 2) the return policy falls under "general" which is different for each item. I then confirmed one would have to search for each products return policy before buying since each one is different. The people on the phone were also not at all willing to answer their roll in the company so I could speak to somebody to help me. The cost was $189, though it's listed as $110 with free shipping.
