The doctors and nurses at this hospital are the unsympathetic people I have ever met in a hospital setting. When you go to the ER to hopefully get some answers and all the doctor tells you is "I am only here to tell you what isn't wrong with you" then what good are you. I hade 3 different nurses in the span of one hour try to get an IV started on me. The man that tried walked in, grabbed my right arm and told me I don't care where I have to stick it as long as I get it started. I grabbed my arm back and told him YOU WILL NOT BE PUTTING IT IN MY HAND! He tried my forearm, wasn't getting it and started moving it around, I'm now bawling my eyes out, and so he finally stops. He moves over to try and get one started on my left arm, and as he is getting things ready my mother speaks up and asks him to give me a minutes because at this point I am in so much pain from being stuck three different times. He gathers up his things, throws it in the trash, and leave the room. About 20 minutes later another nurse comes in and asks if she can try, so I give her the okay to try one last time in hopes that if we get the IV started we can get some test done and get some answers. She gets the IV no problem. Well before I get released is when we get told I have a UTI; which is always their cop out diagnosis. Come to find out I did not have one; yet they pump me with antibiotics anyway. So now I am back to fighting with the way that they code things incorrectly and send to my insurance so I am being billed DOUBLE the amount my co-pay should actually be. This same exact thing happened when they coded my chest pains has "mental health" and they tried suing me back in 2017. This hospital is so beyond incompetent its sad. People have bigger issues going on then having to deal with having to go back and having to fix their mistakes because they can't do their job correctly the first time. I will never use this hospital ever again. That night just solidified why I absolutely hate Washington Regional Medical Center. Their ER is so poorly staffed.
